DESCRIPTION

A new one story single family home on a south facing slope with panoramic views of the Lehigh Valley.

DESIGN

The 2 simple volumes, house and garage, are connected by an open breezeway.  The first floor of the house includes an open kitchen, dining, and living space, a step down fireplace nook, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.  The lower level includes mechanical room and laundry room.   Passive House principles are employed to ensure the most comfortable and healthy indoor environment.
